Cold Brew is a cold coffee brewing method that has gained popularity among coffee enthusiasts in recent years. Unlike traditional coffee brewed with hot water, Cold Brew is made by steeping coffee grounds in room temperature or cold water for an extended period. This brewing method results in a coffee with a smoother, less acidic, and more refreshing flavor profile. To make Cold Brew, you will need high-quality, medium to coarsely ground coffee beans. Typically, a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 is used, but this can be adjusted to suit your taste preferences. The coffee grounds are added to water, and the mixture is left to steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours. This long steeping process allows the coffee to slowly infuse into the water, extracting its rich flavors and smooth taste.
