In this important meeting at Henry Jones Headquarters, we aim to get to know our valuable franchise candidates more closely, understand their expectations, and provide detailed information about the Henry Jones business system that we have successfully implemented for over 7 years.
LOCATION SELECTION
You can choose from the targeted areas in line with Henry Jones' growth strategies or share other locations where you wish to open a branch. At this stage, we will provide all support and consultancy services for selecting and evaluating the most suitable location for you.
TRAINING
For franchise candidates who successfully complete the presentation stage, the next significant step is the training process. During this process, we aim to teach you the Henry Jones business system, which has been successfully implemented in various cities for over 7 years, develop yourself with theoretical and practical training, and apply this system successfully in your own Coffee Shop. Our training program is conducted comprehensively under the leadership of our expert training department.
STORE LEASING
Candidates who successfully complete the business plan will proceed to the store leasing process under the guidance of our business development department. During the store leasing stage, all consulting services, including commercial, legal, and location analysis, will be provided by our business development department. We will provide all necessary support for selecting the right location during this process.
OPENING
During the store opening, our training team will provide full-time support for 15 days. Practical trainings will continue during this period, and the business potential will be assessed on-site to prepare a business development program. We will be by your side during the opening of your Coffee Shop equipped with Henry Jones' successful business system.
